If your package is returned to us after an attempted delivery

We can send the package back to you but you will be responsible for covering the shipping fee.

Please contact the carrier in which your package was sent. We are not responsible for packages once the carrier has received it. To ensure you receive your package track your order and be available to receive your package on the set delivery date.

PLEASE NOTE: If your order has already shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order and will not provide any refunds or exchanges. Please carefully review all orders before checking out.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Your order will then be shipped once processing has been completed at which time you'll receive an email notification. You can expect to receive your order 3-5 business days AFTER it has been processed.

We offer both 100% virgin mink hair & 100% unprocessed raw hair. It is comprised of the highest quality and has little to no shedding.

The amount of bundles you need will be based upon the desired look your trying to achieve. An average installs 16”-30” can use 3 bundles. The rule of thumb when it comes to bundles is the longer the length the shorter the weft. So for lengths such as 26”-30” 4 bundles can be used for a super full look.

Your extensions can last for more than one year depending on the way you treat the hair. We recommend co-washing the hair with non-sulfate shampoos and conditioners as well.

Yes, you can but we recommend hiring a professional colorist to help achieve the desired look that you want.
